I’ll save the reader time and recommend Elia Taverna instead for a true Greek experience. The quality matches the price point at Elia. I was incredibly disappointed with Opa Opa; prices have gone up and quality has gone down. Corners are being cut instead of making the food properly. The avgolemono was a watered down chicken soup - no detectable egg, barely detectable lemon unless you concentrate hard enough. There wasn’t even a rice filler to try to compensate. The lamb souvlaki was overcooked and burnt to a crisp; you can’t taste any of the flavor that a proper Greek souvlaki should have. The lemon potatoes were the best of the three, but still a bit bland and overcooked.

Most of the food was mediocre at best. Depending on the item, some of the serving sizes were decent, but some of the serving sizes were too small. The thing that stood out to me and caused me to lower the score from a 3 to a 2 was how terrible the galaktaboureko was. It's supposed to be a sweet dessert, but it just tasted like lemon peel. Then I realized that they actually cooked chunks of lemon peel into it. I've tried galaktaboureko at many different places and I've never had anything like this. Also, when everything was said and done the meal was almost $70 just for food, tax, and tip... but I still walked out of there barely full. It definitely wasn't worth the money. The service was pretty good at least.

First time dining here and I was not disappointed. I am generally not a fan, but their Tzatziki was really good. I would've liked some grape leaves in my salad but overall the food was worth coming back for. Our server was amazing and she definitely was the best part of our experience.

Place could use an update. Paint on the walls is chipped from chairs banging into it. Also a little heat would have been great. There was a smell of old oil that I still smell on my clothes. Service was wonderful. My waitress was polite, pleasant and professional. She had things on the table before I had to ask for it. Food was good. Spinach pie was excellent and the 🥙 gyro was good. I will go back when the weather is warm maybe it will be more comfortable then.

Salad was very nice. Lemon potato’s were amazing. Wish the baklava was better not the best I’ve had.
